生存嘅感覺有幾微妙?你認真感受過嘛?

如果你突然因為某啲意外,令到你冇咗對腳,你記得行路係一種乜嘢嘅感覺嘛?你知道對腳承受住你嘅體重透過對鞋壓落地下嗰下係乜感覺嘛?對腳要點樣郁,身體要點樣平衡先行到每一步吖?呢一刻你由腳尖到頭頂嘅每一尺肌膚又係乜感覺吖?而呼吸又係一種乜嘅感覺吖?唔係上一刻,唔係下一秒。而係呢一刻呢一秒,你生存梗嘅感覺,你感覺得到嘛?

如果你以100%嘅專注力去全心感受以上嘅感覺嘅話,嚴格上黎講你已經練習梗腦部訓練嘅其中一種,叫Mindfulness(靜觀)嘞。而以上嘅例子都只不過係一種比較輕鬆同無時無刻都可以體驗到嘅方式,叫Informal Mindfulness。

Mindfulness係一樣提高自我意義層面嘅方法之一。西方已經有好多研究証實佢無論對心理同身理都有正面嘅幫助。佢主要係透過零抗拒,零批評嘅態度去集中觀察身體嘅感覺或腦裏面嘅思想,從而令到我地更加容易接觸到我地自己嘅真正內心世界。

响依戀過去,同不停咁追求未來嘅同時,多啲揪時間出黎活响當前嘅一秒吖~ 無論係聽到嘅、睇到嘅,聞到嘅,賞到嘅,觸摸到嘅,感覺到嘅甚至係感受到嘅,都可以一一慢慢咁加深去體會。真係百利而無一害咖~

  1. 係透過零抗拒,零批評嘅態度去集中觀察身體嘅感覺或腦裏面嘅思想,從而令到我地更加容易接觸到我地自己嘅真正內心世界。

    I think you need to tell us more on this part. From you example above, I’m feeling my legs, my muscles, etc. while walking. How does it lead us to realise 腦裡嘅思想? And how does it help us to 更加容易接觸到我地自己嘅真正內心世界。

    1. The combination of bodily sensations, emotions and thoughts in your mind are those the every moment of who you are. Strengthen your consciousness is the way to strengthen your ability to catch your thoughts in your mind, or even in your subconscious mind. Focus on the feeling of your bodily sensations (skin, muscles, etc) are the easier way to start your consciousness training. That’s why focusing on bodily sensations are always the beginning of formal Mindfulness session or Meditation.
      The Chinese “What is inside you (內心世界)” is mostly talking about your thoughts in your subconscious mind. Although normally your deep down thoughts are covered by layers and layers of other evolutional thoughts, it is still reachable after lots of hard works and consciousness training.
